That's three races in a row where I got second.
At least this time I got a silver medal and an awesome ribbon.
I ran about a minute faster than I did last year at the same race. So at least I am still improving.
3 weeks left till Barber to Boise, where I might be able to run a 15 minute 5k.

2nd place isn't bad. If you think about it, you beat ALL but one person. You should give yourself some pats on the back! good luck in your race in a couple weeks.
